Shipping policy.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Online Orders: Generally, we ship most online orders in 2-3 business days if placed by 11:00 am EST. Expedited shipping options chosen after 11:00 am EST will ship the next business day. None of our expedited shipping options offer Saturday delivery.
Large Bulk Orders: Large bulk orders may have longer lead times. If you have an account manager, they will provide the estimated lead time and keep you informed with tracking details when your order ships from our facility.
Shipping Rates:
Online order shipping options and rates can be easily seen and selected during checkout.
Your Account Manager will quote freight for large orders and custom-finished goods. Alternatively, schedule your own freight, arrange the pickup time, and supply us with the shipping labels and bill of lading.
International Shipping:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the items' price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for regulatory or customs issues that may prevent the delivery of your shipment. Further, each Buyer represents and warrants that their import of Planta Scientific products shall comply with the importing country's governing laws in which the buyer receives the shipment.
Where does my order ship from?
Your order will ship out of our Florida (Miami or Tampa) locations or from one of our distribution centers in the U.S.
Ship Times
Depending on your location within the contiguous U.S., a ground shipment typically arrives 1-5 business days after processing. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
Lost Shipments
You will receive a tracking number for bulk orders that ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Contact us at contact@nomocreations.com if your bulk shipment is delayed, lost, or stolen. We will refund you the amount paid for your shipment if it doesn’t arrive at its destination within 30 days. All bulk, custom, and finished goods shipped as palleted freight shipments are subject to the terms and conditions of that order and the chosen freight carrier.
