Damaged Product Claims

Immediately contact us at contact@nomocreations.com upon receipt of the damaged product. 

Send detailed photos of the damage and proof of purchase indicating the damage when making your claim.  

We may request the return of damaged products to honor the claim. We will cover shipping costs and scheduling. All products must be returned in their original packaging.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY OUR RMA (RETURNED MATERIALS AUTHORIZATION) FORM USING OUR RETURN LABEL. IF A PRODUCT IS RETURNED WITHOUT OUR RMA FORM AND OUR RETURN LABEL THE SHIPMENT WILL BE SUBJECT TO REFUSAL.

Shipping and Freight Claims
